About This Product

SER-8, a cleaning agent for jet cleaners and ultrasonic cleaners, is a monumental product for degreasing metal parts. It has achieved stable cleaning power as a specified product for many machinery manufacturers and railway-related companies. Additionally, since it does not contain highly alkaline substances, it is highly considerate of worker safety and metal safety, and is a powder-type product that can adequately clean at about 1/4 the concentration of general cleaning agents.

■Applications・Degreasing cleaning for high pressure jet cleaning machines and ultrasonic cleaning machines
・Cleaning of oil, fat, carbon, etc. from metal parts (iron, SUS, aluminum)

■Features of this product・It has strong cleaning power and low bubbles, so it is especially effective in jet cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning processes.
- Demonstrates sufficient cleaning ability at a standard concentration of 0.6% to 1% (conventional spray cleaner detergents generally have a concentration of around 4%)
・Since it does not contain strong alkaline substances, it has excellent worker safety and metal corrosion stability.

■How to use①Make a cleaning solution by dissolving 1kg in 100L of hot water (approximately 30℃~40℃)
② Pour the dissolved cleaning liquid into the cleaning liquid tank of the jet cleaning machine and the tank of the ultrasonic cleaning machine.
*Please use according to the specifications of the washing machine.
