About This Product

■Solves the problems faced by conventional ionizers, such as compressor electricity costs, the hassle of cleaning needles, and damage to semiconductors.

It is a bar type without needles, and due to its overwhelming miniaturization, it can be installed in narrow spaces that were previously impossible. Airless irradiation with high concentration ions contributes to high-speed static elimination and reduced compressor electricity costs. There is no dirt caused by electric field concentration at the tip of the needle, and it is maintenance-free and effective in preventing particle falling. The potential amplitude is small even when installed in close proximity, making it ideal for the manufacturing process of semiconductors and minute electronic devices. ION BLADE B1 promises to contribute to solving all kinds of problems.

■Prevent ESD destruction

For general ionizers, customers wanted to install them close to each other to improve static elimination performance, but there was a dilemma that they had to be installed at a distance of about 300 mm due to the risk of ESD damage due to potential amplitude. . ION BLADE B1 is a new ionizer that suppresses potential amplitude even with an installation distance of 5mm. We believe this is the only ionizer that can achieve both high static neutralization performance and avoidance of ESD damage due to proximity, which was a dilemma.
