About This Product

■A gentle wind ionizer solves various problems

For example, when removing static electricity from a minute workpiece, if the fan's wind is too strong, the workpiece will be blown away. Ability to thoroughly eliminate static electricity while suppressing air volume. The goal of ION BLADE M1 was to create such a "gentle wind." While the large airflow type has a fast static neutralization speed, it has the possibility of blowing up foreign matter, which causes workers to feel cold during assembly and inspection processes in winter. With M1, you can eliminate static electricity in a worker-friendly manner.

■Gentle wind delivers uniform ions to the target object

It can be installed near the workpiece, which was not possible with conventional ionizers, and can irradiate the target object with ions before neutralization. The gentle wind generated by the cross-flow fan at a speed of approximately 0.6 m/s delivers ions evenly and uniformly to the target object.

■Thin, lightweight, and maintenance-free

As it is lightweight at 560g, it can be fixed not only to pipes or stands, but also with simple configurations such as cable ties, magnets, suction cups, and Velcro. Furthermore, even if the electrodes are not cleaned for a year, the static elimination time remains almost unchanged, maintaining stable static elimination ability.
