About This Product

Prevents color unevenness and is highly durable. It can be incorporated into the nozzle of any injection molding machine, not only for plastic molding, but also for liquid silicone (LSR), rubber molding, thermosetting resin, etc., to eliminate color unevenness.

■Preventing color unevenness of molded products

The spiral-shaped channel is designed using fluid engineering, and by repeating dispersion/merging, the masterbatch and filler are kneaded and dispersed well.

■Prevention of dripping

The plum tip has the effect of suppressing the internal pressure of the molding machine cylinder, reducing resin dripping.

■No need for back pressure for kneading purpose

There is no need for high back pressure for kneading purposes, so there is no alteration or breakage of polymer molecules.

■Prevention of foreign matter contamination

Even if metals or foreign substances that do not stick to magnets (aluminum, copper, brass, stone, etc.) get mixed in, the plum chip's filtering effect prevents them from getting into the product. In addition, in the case of hot runner molds, there is no need to disassemble and clean the hot runner to remove foreign matter.

The streamlined flow path prevents resin from stagnation and prevents burns.

Maintenance is easy as no special tools are required.
