About This Product

It combines temperature control and valve timing control, and the number of circuits can be selected according to customer needs. Adopts a color touch panel for easy and intuitive operation. Contributes to improving work efficiency of workers around the molding machine. In addition, PID control using a microcomputer improves control accuracy and provides self-diagnosis functionality.

■Compact housing design

This housing size allows multi-point control of 12 to 36 channels (*36 channels are temperature control only). Furthermore, integrated customization with the valve controller is possible.

■Temperature control

1 module/4 circuit control, configurable up to 9 modules/36 circuits. Select SSR (zero cross control) or PAC (phase control) as the output method. Equipped with a soft start function during initial temperature rise to protect the heater.

■Valve timing control

Controls 1 module/8 circuits. Timing control accuracy is 0.01 seconds to 9,999 seconds. Two modes, A and B, are selected for each circuit.

■Easy operation with touch panel

Monitor each circuit on one screen. Temperature settings and thermocouple types can be set for all CHs at once using the global setting function.

■Highly visible parameter screen

On the parameter screen, you can check the temperature transition graph and each setting value on one screen, and you can also change settings on the same screen.

■Save settings for each mold in recipe mode

Temperature settings for hot runner nozzles and manifolds that differ for each mold can be saved for up to 10 molds.

■Maintenance maintenance

In the event of a failure, each module can be replaced, so there is less need for major movement during repairs, and there is no long-term suspension of operation.

■About accessories

In addition to standard cables that connect the hot runner manifold and controller, we can also manufacture custom-made cables that match the customer's mold specifications. If you wish to include a solenoid valve, we will prepare the specified number of solenoid valves. *Accessories sold separately
