About This Product

Highly accurate temperature control by microcomputer. Automatically controls nozzle and manifold block temperatures to maintain optimal molding conditions. In addition, PID control using a microcomputer improves control accuracy and provides self-diagnosis functionality.

■Uses PID control to suppress overshoot

Feedback control using a high-precision microcomputer improves temperature control accuracy. Also, PID control prevents overshoot and undershoot.

■Independent control circuit, detachable unit structure

Each circuit is configured independently, making temperature settings for each zone intuitive, easy to understand, and easy to handle. Additionally, each circuit has a unit structure, which greatly improves maintainability.

■Reliable design with earth leakage breaker for circuit protection for each channel

Each channel is equipped with a double-cut type earth leakage breaker to prevent earth leakage accidents.

■Heater protection by soft start

It is now possible to prevent sudden current flow immediately after temperature control starts, greatly reducing the burden on the heater.

■Other fulfilling functions

Improved responsiveness with double derivative (PIDD) that suppresses temperature fluctuations due to disturbance effects. Auto-tuning function allows temperature control under optimal conditions even when load or environmental conditions change. A safety design that detects abnormalities in each circuit of the heater and sensor and issues an accurate alarm. The mold and controller can be attached and detached with a single touch using a connection cable, making handling easy.
