Adjustment of weld lines and setting of large and small products are also easy. With the Plagate Air Valve VS type, the opening/closing timing of each gate can be adjusted using a timing controller. By using a uniquely developed heat-resistant air cylinder, there is no need to create a cooling circuit or create air supply holes on the mounting plate. Additionally, machining that requires surface precision for installation is minimized, and reducing mold machining leads to cost reductions.
