About This Product

High fluidity of radially injected resin. It is highly compatible with engineering plastics and heat-resistant resins, leading to improved quality of molded products and productivity.

■High resin fluidity and low residual stress

The injected resin flows radially, so the flow near the gate is good.

■Complete prevention of resin backflow

The special shape of the piston tip securely seals the gate, preventing resin from flowing back from the cavity.

■Long run molding possible

The unique internal mechanism allows continuous molding for long periods of time without maintenance.

■Unique gate opening/closing mechanism

This is a unique mechanism that uses a built-in spring and resin pressure to open and close the gate.

■Simple structure

Because there are no precision sliding parts and no resin leakage, the reciprocating movement of the piston and resin flow are smooth.
