About This Product

Fissa's unique gate opening/closing system powered by resin pressure and springs. The Plagate Nozzle NH type is used by being incorporated into a mold for thermoplastic resin injection molding. A hot runner system that allows molding without wasting sprue or runners. The nozzle mechanism is Fissa's unique valve gate system that uses resin pressure as power to automatically open and close the gate without using an external drive device.

■Opening/closing system powered by resin pressure・When the gate is not receiving resin pressure, it is closed by pushing the piston with the force of the spring.
・When resin pressure is applied, the piston moves back and the gate opens.
・When the cavity is filled and the resin pressure drops, this system automatically pushes the piston using the force of the spring to completely seal the gate.

■Various functions unique to Plagate nozzles・Good gate balance: The plastic gate nozzle applies equal resin pressure to all gates, so the gates open at the same time. There will be no variation in resin filling.
- Complete gate seal: The piston receives spring force, and the gate is completely sealed, with no strings or protrusions.
・No resin stagnation: The resin flow path inside the nozzle is streamlined, which prevents the occurrence of burns due to stagnation.
・Long life: The sliding parts of the piston and Torpedo F have extremely small clearance, so there is no resin leakage to the spring part. In addition, the spring is made of super heat-resistant alloy and is durable.
・Gate diameter can be selected arbitrarily: Gate diameters are available in φ1.2, φ1.8, φ2.6, φ3.0, and φ5.0 for small to large items. By choosing a larger gate diameter, it is possible to reduce the number of gates.
