About This Product

Fissa's unique gate opening/closing system powered by resin pressure and springs. Successor model of the AH series. A series that has evolved further while retaining the features of the AH series.

■Evolution points unique to the AHS series

・Improve the appearance quality by renewing the structure...Reducing cold slag, flow lines, etc., improving the appearance quality ・Improved stability...Reliably performs gate seal, increases strength ・Easy to change the color Special specification... Better fluidity and easy replacement for stroke adjustment ・For longer runs...Specially developed springs support longer runs. ・More accurate temperature control... Realizes more accurate temperature control of the entire nozzle

■The features of the AHS series remain the same.

・Unique valve system...gate opens and closes with spring type ・Simple...Easy to set the valve gate to the mold center ・Selectable nozzle tops...Full top type has excellent compatibility

■Multi-point specification fixed side mold thickness starts from 141mm

・Since there is no cylinder, the total mold thickness is small even at the valve gate.

■ Stable with pre-valve specification

・Injection pressure can be transmitted evenly ・Achieves outstanding gate balance and stable molding with multi-point gates
