About This Product

Fissa's unique gate opening/closing system powered by resin pressure and springs. Successor model of the NH series. A series that has evolved further while retaining the characteristics of the NH series.

■ Evolution points unique to the NHS series

・Completely renewed parts...Improved maintainability and increased strength of internal parts ・Enhanced overall durability...Powered up nozzle that can withstand molding under a wide range of conditions ・Beautiful topless type...reduces cold slag generation and improves appearance quality around the gate

■The features of the NH series remain the same.

・Unique valve system...gate opens and closes with spring type ・Simple...Easy to set the valve gate to the mold center ・Selectable nozzle tops...Full top type has excellent compatibility

■Multi-point specification fixed side mold thickness starts from 141mm

・Since there is no cylinder, the total mold thickness is small even at the valve gate.

■Production efficiency can be greatly improved

・Ideal for stack molds that are subject to mold thickness restrictions ・Molding for two mold surfaces is possible with one mold surface
