■Any size or shape

We can create replicas of most solid materials, including metals, ceramics, plastics, and glass. It can be used even on rough surfaces with recesses, and there are no restrictions on size or thickness. Since the mixed liquid can be applied to any shape, it can be used even in places that are difficult to inspect directly, such as the inside of a pipe or the inside of a machine. Replicas made with Repliset are strong and flexible, so if they have a concave shape that is not extremely deep, they can be easily peeled off without causing damage or deformation. By embedding the RepliSet mixture or epoxy resin into the manufactured primary replica, you can create a positive replica with a three-dimensional surface.

■Suitable for all conditions

In addition to various work conditions, the surfaces to be inspected also vary, such as horizontal, vertical, downward, etc., so we have a variety of reprisets with adjusted viscosity and curing time to accommodate any work environment. Overall, weather conditions are not an issue. RepliSet is water repellent, so you can create replicas even in humid areas. RepliSet can be cured if the work surface temperature is between -10°C and +180°C, allowing faster inspections and reducing downtime for the equipment being tested.

■High resolution and stability

RepliSet provides extremely high resolution of 0.1 micron. Additionally, replicas made with RepliSet do not shrink, allowing extremely accurate measurements. There are no restrictions on transporting replicas and they can be stored for future reference.

■Safe represet

The RepliSet liquid mixture does not contain any solvents, so it can be transported by common transportation methods, including aircraft. Additionally, operators do not inhale fumes that are harmful to their health while working.
