About This Product

The nickel sleeve is a completely seamless belt produced by electroforming, and can also be used as a casting belt for the production of high-performance films. In addition, since February 2015, we have been able to manufacture our products at a new factory, making it possible to achieve higher specularity than before.

■Features

・All processing can be done within one factory, making it possible to shorten delivery times and reduce costs. ・HCR plating is available for surface treatment. ・It is possible to repair partial defects on the surface. ・Mirror finishing, satin finishing, and fluorine finishing are also available. - Possible to drill through holes in a certain pattern.

■Applications

-Can be used as a casting belt. ・The sleeve itself has elasticity and can lengthen the contact length (time). - By incorporating a heating device or cooling device inside the sleeve, it can be used as a heating/cooling roll. ・The wall thickness is thinner than conventional pipes, and the roller can be made lighter. -Can also be used as a heating roller, fixing roller, or fixing belt for printers.
