About This Product
Stainless steel endless belts are used for a variety of purposes as conveyor belts, but they have a particularly good track record in electronic component manufacturing lines, taking advantage of the characteristics of stainless steel. Furthermore, in recent years, due to the superiority of stainless steel belts, there has been an increasing number of changes from resin belts.
Features
■Cleanliness
Stainless steel belts are suitable for use in clean rooms due to their low dust generation. (We have a track record of use in clean rooms and class 100.) There is no fraying like with resin belts, and the belt surface is easy to clean, making it possible to maintain the cleanliness of the conveying surface.
■Chargeability
Since it does not carry static electricity like resin belts, it is ideal for transporting precision parts such as electronic parts that are sensitive to static electricity. It is also suitable for transporting film substrates that are difficult to peel off when charged with static electricity.
■Quiet
Since it is a flat belt made from a single metal plate, there is no sound of metal rubbing against each other like with wire mesh, so it can be used to improve the environment in factories.
■Vibration characteristics
Since it is made from a thin metal plate, it is rigid and has a uniform thickness, so there is little vibration during transportation, and image inspection using a camera can be easily performed. (Reduces malfunctions caused by out of focus.)
■Positioning transport
Like resin belts and wire mesh, it does not stretch as much when used, making it ideal for positioning and transporting workpieces. Additionally, by drilling a hole for the workpiece in the belt, even more precise positioning is easily possible.
■Oil resistance
Since there is no deterioration due to oil, it is ideal for transporting cut parts and press parts.
■Heat resistance
The material SUS632J1 can be used continuously at 300℃. (By using special heat-resistant materials, it can be used at even higher temperatures.)
■Meandering
Meandering adjustment can be easily performed by using a special pulley.
■ Sterilization/sterilization properties
Stainless steel belts do not deteriorate even with various sterilization methods such as boiling water, alcohol, hypochlorous acid, UV, and electron beams. It has no irregularities on its surface, does not allow viruses or bacteria to penetrate, and can be sterilized instantly, making it ideal for transporting food and food containers.
