About This Product

■Summary explanation

By installing the rubber sleeve inside the cast iron casing and injecting 3kgf/cm2 more air into the fluid pressure, the elastic rubber sleeve opens and shuts automatically for remote control.

■Features

・No fluid resistance. - Can be used permanently by replacing the rubber sleeve. ・Easy to operate remotely and requires small valve space. - Completely sealed even when dirt, solid particles, etc. are mixed in the fluid. ・Flange packing is not required for piping.

■Notes

Please note that injecting too much air when the fluid pressure is zero may damage the rubber sleeve. Please use the operating pressure at 2 to 3 kgf/cm2 more than the fluid. If it is too high, the life of the rubber sleeve will be shortened. Complete sealing of fresh water, air, etc. is not possible. ・More than 250A will be manufactured after discussing specifications. - For sizes 125A and above, considering the lifespan of the rubber sleeve, we recommend natural rubber over neoprene.

■Additional explanation of S-156 air pinch valve.

Regarding the number of openings and closings, please note that the lifespan will be shorter if the number of times of opening and closing is 125A or more compared to 100A. Although it varies depending on the fluid usage conditions, for example, the reference value is 2000 to 3000 times at 125A/150A. This number is a guideline, and there are pluses and minuses.

■About the restoring power of the rubber sleeve

Depending on the specifications and frequency of use, the rubber sleeve may become weak and the fluid may not flow if it does not return completely and there is no fluid pressure. Also, in the case of powder, there are cases where the powder does not fall. For sizes 125A and above, priority is given to the opening/closing life of the rubber sleeve from the beginning, so it may not return to 100%. Please consider the following after understanding the above.

■Applications

Especially suitable for blocking powder, slurry, viscous fluid, etc. Paper pulp, sewage treatment, fertilizer, sand, cement, food, flour milling, pulverized coal, paint, etc.

■About air piping

Please use a 3-way manual switching valve or a 3-way solenoid valve as the switching valve. No air filter or oiler required. A pressure reducing valve is required.
