About This Product

■Summary explanation

Plate valves are used for a wide range of fluids and are used for slurry fluids. Particularly suitable for ON/OFF control of pulp stock in the paper industry. Pulp has a large frictional resistance, and fiber pulp gets stuck between the valve seat and the valve body, increasing the resistance, so plate valves with a 100% flow rate are used more often than any other type of valve. In paper pulp raw material lines, fluids such as raw material pulp gather around the plate and form a complete seal. In addition, it is suitable for waste, water treatment equipment slurry, sludge, muddy water, and domestic wastewater. (However, with some conditions) Standard metal sheets cannot completely seal clean water air.

■Features

For S-73 slurry fluid, solid matter is automatically discharged from the bottom when the valve plate is opened or closed, so there is no bottom cover. Ideal as a dust discharge valve.
