About This Product

Free arm is a product developed by Asahi Koki. A huge hit product with cumulative sales of 200,000 units. The quietest and lowest vibration in the industry. GN color is also available. Please specify GN when ordering.

■Four points of the AF-eco series

・Beautiful form with eye-friendly colors ・Safe even during continuous work ・Easy to replace hollow processing and jig saw blades ・Silent and low vibration

■ Free arm mechanism makes hollowing work so easy

・Unfasten the top end of the scroll saw blade and swing the free arm upward. ・Insert the top end of the scroll saw blade from below into the hole you previously drilled. -Return the free arm part and retighten the top end of the scroll saw blade to complete the set. ・In this state, cut only the part you want to cut. (If you want to move to another part you want to cut out, repeat these steps.)

■If you want to add an angle to the cut surface

The table can be tilted 20° to the left. This allows you to create an angle on the cut surface.

■Specifications

-The AF-eco series has a newly designed body that minimizes vibrations, and uses a silent motor to achieve unprecedented silence and low vibration. ・You can choose from 4 types of foot roller sizes from 350mm to 600mm, so please choose according to your cutting ability. *Table tilting clamps are sold separately. *Machine oil, 4 tabletop wood screws (5.1 x 20), 1 hex wrench (3mm), and 1 4A fuse can be purchased from home centers, etc.
