About This Product

■Delivers great power for work with short processing strokes such as stamping, caulking, cutting, deburring castings and plastics, and driving rivets.

・Since the blow is applied after pressing down on the workpiece, accurate and clean finishing is possible. ・When using the DMSJ-03C for stamping with air pressure of 0.5 MPa, the power is equivalent to approximately 7 tons of a hydraulic press. Moreover, the air consumption is only 0.65Nℓ/st.It realizes revolutionary low cost, space saving, and energy saving. ・Since the workpiece is held down before striking, it is safe despite the large output. Positioning and adjustment are also easy. - Simply connect the air source and lightly press the lever to move.

■DMMC Series

To accommodate various machining conditions, we have created a series of individual cylinders. It can be easily assembled into a line and automated.

■DMMC Series Features

- It can be handled like a normal air cylinder, and the speed of the holding stroke can be adjusted with the speed control. ・With a circuit using a differential pressure sequence valve and a pressure switch, it is possible to automatically hit the workpiece after holding it down.
