About This Product

■Device overviewThe MM3000-MT series is a training device for learning maintenance techniques for automated factory equipment. This series includes ``MT1001,'' which teaches maintenance techniques such as replacing parts of motion transmission system mechanisms, and ``MT2001,'' which teaches maintenance techniques by identifying the causes of abnormal vibrations that occur in rotary drive mechanisms such as motors. "MT2201 (small)" is available.

We have also newly added to our lineup a maintenance training device called "MTP" modeled after a rotary index type automatic assembly machine.

■Learn to identify and adjust defects that occur in each unit of an automatic assembly lineMM3000-MTP is a maintenance training device modeled on a rotary index type automatic assembly machine. We will conduct maintenance training in a series of steps, such as faults occurring in each unit, identifying the faulty location, making adjustments to each location, and restoring the system. In addition, you can learn the mechanism and sequence control of automatic assembly machines through hands-on learning using actual machines, from supplying workpieces to discharging them.
