About This Product

■Can measure underground displacement and groundwater level simultaneously ・High durability is achieved by attaching the MEMS acceleration sensor to the pipe with a unique waterproof structure. ・By installing a direction sensor, it is possible to determine the direction of inclination underground. - Simple structure with a single sensor cable, making wiring easy. - Suitable for locations where large fluctuations are expected and for long-term observation. Compatible with WEB observation system. ■Equipment overview Pipe inclinometer (Dr.Clip) is a device that measures underground displacement. Conventionally, measurements have been taken with pipe-type strain meters and insertion-type borehole inclinometers, but the use of this measuring instrument reduces the cost of drilling water level observation holes and the running costs of long-term observation, allowing continuous data to be obtained. You can expect to improve quality by doing what you can. ■Ability not found in conventional machines ・The resolution of the tilt sensor is 0.01 degree ・The accuracy of the tilt sensor is less than ±0.5 degrees ・The resolution of the direction sensor is 0.1 degree ・The range of the direction sensor is 0 degrees to 359.9 degrees (clockwise from 0 degrees to the north) ・Measurement interval can be selected from "5/10/30 minutes" and "1/2/6/12/24 hours" ■Features not found in other devices ・Subsurface displacement and groundwater can be measured with a single boring observation hole ・Applicable to locations where large fluctuations are expected or for long-term observation ・Simple structure with one sensor cable for easy wiring ・By installing a direction sensor, it is possible to measure the direction of movement underground. ・With continuous measurement, you can obtain the data you want, such as during heavy rain or snow melting season. ■Simple structure The tilt sensor and direction sensor are connected in a chain and are simply installed on the PVC pipe at the site. One sensor cable makes it easy to connect to a data logger. For standard specifications up to 30m, only one sensor cable is required. ■Installation method ・Bore hole diameter: 86mm ・Man-hours for 30m installation: Approximately 1 day with 3 people - Approximately half a day to install a pipe inclinometer ・Connect logger etc. after removing the casing ・In the case of 30m, there is only one cable, so the logger installation can be completed without any hassle.
