"Ideal for low resistance measurement and inspection of high-performance boards (build-up boards, component-embedded boards, module boards).

■Features

- Our original coaxial probe pin (patented), contact technology (patented), and housing configuration provide stable, low resistance measurement, excellent maintainability, and durability. ・Pitch between probes: Possible up to a minimum of 0.4mm. ・Maintenance is easy as there is no need to replace two ultra-fine probe pins like in the past. ・The structure suppresses tip deflection, and the contact position accuracy is extremely high. - The tip of the probe pin is extremely thin at φ0.10, so even small pads can be contacted without resist interference. - The external and internal conductors move independently, allowing reliable contact even with uneven areas (via depressions, etc.). Additionally, movable ends prevent damage to the board. ・The contact technology and 5-layer housing configuration make it easy to replace and maintain probe pins, and also shorten production lead times.
