About This Product

■Details The need for more precise resistance measurement is increasing for fine pitch, low resistance devices, etc. In response to these needs, we have developed a contact probe that can perform 4-terminal measurements. Adopting a coaxial structure, the two contact points (outer and inner conductor) realize independent contacts without the need for two probe pins as in conventional models. Stable contact is possible even with BGA solder balls, devices with narrow terminal areas and pitches, and can be effectively used for a variety of measurements and inspections. The 4-terminal probe contact can accurately measure minute resistance values ​​by taking the thermoelectromotive force and the resistance of the lead wire. Another feature is that the cable connected to the 4-terminal probe uses a coaxial cable, which prevents the radiation of internal energy, blocks external noise, and provides stable and low resistance compared to the 2-wire 4-terminal. A much more accurate measurement can be obtained.
