About This Product

■Features- By reducing the water absorption rate of boards, it prevents water and dirt from being absorbed and the growth of mold and algae. Also, since it is water-based, there is no problem with odor even when used indoors.
・Special anti-mold and anti-algae agents are added, making it possible to deal with as many as 253 types of bacteria. This product can protect the base material without damaging the texture of the material itself.

■Work and confirmation that must be performed before application- Thoroughly wash off any dirt (oil stains, limescale, mold, algae, etc.) on the surface to be applied, and dry thoroughly.
・TIM-3000 will not penetrate if it is wet or humid, so be sure to dry it thoroughly.
・Do not apply TIM-3000 outside (under the eaves, etc.) on days when it is likely to rain.
・Please make sure there is no rain for at least one day before applying the product.

■Coating work (1) Apply generously with a brush, roller, etc. to avoid scattering. After about 10 minutes after application, use a clean cloth to wipe off any remaining TIM-3000 that has not penetrated and remains on the surface. Basically, it will be fully effective in one application process.
 (2) Leave it as is until the surface is dry. Avoid getting exposed to water or rain for about 24 hours after application.
 (3) Immediately after application, the surface will be dark and wet, but it will return to its original color within a few hours. If the board is white, the color of the antibacterial agent (slight yellow) may be visible.
 (4) When using together with coloring materials, be sure to apply TIM-3000 on top of the coloring materials. It cannot be used on top of paint-based colorants or paints (they will not penetrate).

■Notes- Bioflex GT (wood protection agent/antibacterial agent) is a sister product, but please use TIM-3000 for boards.
・Be sure to perform a trial application to check the change in hue.
・Do not apply TIM-3000 with an atomizer or spray.
