About This Product

As the implementation of IoT in industrial sites progresses, there are many systems that utilize Bluetooth control among sensing devices, etc., and it has excellent cost performance for the need to collectively remotely manage Bluetooth control devices used in a wide area. Until now, there was no solution that could respond to this. To address these issues, we will leverage our experience in building and providing custom IoT solutions for wide-area remote management to add a new Bluetooth control module to our lineup to provide solutions that enable bulk remote management. . The Bluetooth module (mRF04c-S1a) from BlueX Micro, a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) IC/module manufacturer, is a module that can provide cost-effective IoT custom solutions for industrial use cases.

■Product overview

mRF04c-S1a is a low power embedded Bluetooth module. It mainly consists of the highly integrated Bluetooth chip RF04 and peripheral circuits, and includes a built-in Bluetooth network communication protocol stack and rich library functions. The mRF04c-S1a also includes a low-power 32-bit MCU, BLE/2.4G radio, Flash, SRAM, 14 reusable IO ports, and 2 ADC serial ports.

■Product overview

The RF04 is a system-on-chip that combines an application processor, memory, cryptographic engine, power management unit, digital and analog peripherals, Bluetooth® Low Energy 5.0 compliant MAC engine and radio transceiver. RF04 integrates a 32-bit MCU for BLE link layer management and system operation. A rich set of digital and analog peripheral interfaces are optimized for external control such as GPIO, SPI, UART, IIC, PWM, ADC, and LDO. A power management unit with an on-chip DCDC buck converter and various regulators provides the RF04 with ultra-low current consumption.
