About This Product
■Support and fix the pipe by lifting it up
Supports and fixes the pipe by lifting it up by 35mm from the mounting surface such as the wall or floor.
Useful as vertical pipe fittings, column fixing fittings, fall prevention fittings, and also as fixing fittings for security cameras and drive recorders.
■With range of motion
There is a range of movement of 5mm in the vertical direction (upper side), allowing for fine adjustment of the height.
*The range of motion cannot be locked.
■With 2D screw holes
Can be screwed vertically or diagonally.
■Excellent holding power
A reinforced anti-vibration rubber is bonded to the inside, which helps prevent slipping, assists with anti-vibration, and prevents damage to pipes.
*This product alone does not have a clear reduction effect on vibration transmission rate.
■Lightweight
The extremely light material reduces power energy.
■Easy installation
The material is both moderately flexible and strong, so it can be easily removed and installed from the middle of the pipe.
*Excessive expansion may damage the base material.
■Safe for use around water and outdoors
Uses weather-resistant grade polypropylene resin as the base material. It also has excellent corrosion resistance and electrical insulation properties.
*Deterioration may progress depending on the usage environment.
■A wide variety of colors (up to 8 colors)
・Black, White, Gray, Light Gray, Silver, Milky, Ivory, Chocolate
■Wide size range (up to 50 sizes)
In addition to being sized to meet various piping standards, it also fits perfectly into various cylindrical objects.
*Applicable pipe outer diameter (A): 8φ to 54φ *Approximately 1mm increments.
*The thickness of the anti-vibration rubber and seal differs depending on the size.
*If you need to make minor adjustments to the size, please contact us separately.
