■Prevention of loosening

Polydeltite is able to prevent screws from loosening by absorbing external forces at three locations on the seat surface, whether external forces perpendicular to the axis or external forces around the axis are applied.

■Prevention of screw looseness

Tapping screws serve as tools to form internal threads. Female threads formed with self-tapping screws have an accurate shape, and plastic forming of the female thread is smooth, resulting in less damage to the surface and interior of the female thread. Polydeltite uses deltite, which has excellent functionality for forming female threads. Therefore, there is almost no damage to the formed internal thread, and compared to other types of self-tapping screws, the ratio of the torque generated by the internal thread failure to the screwing torque, that is, the fracture torque ratio, is high, and the internal thread is tightened and destroyed by axial force.
