■Low screwing torque

With Plax, when forming internal threads, there is less contact resistance in the intermittent parts made up of high threads and low threads, so the screwing torque is low.

■Less frictional heat and does not cause damage to female threads

With Plax, the outer diameter of the high threads in the intermittent parts is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the normal threaded part, and the low threads reduce the contact surface area, so there is no deterioration of the synthetic resin due to frictional heat, and female threads do not break. It won't happen.

■Does not loosen even under vibrations and shocks

As a characteristic of synthetic resin, it has resilience, so female threads molded with high plax threads will bite into low threads due to the restoring action and will not loosen.

■Can be used repeatedly

Plax plastically deforms to form an internal thread, so it can be used repeatedly.
