■Use the sky ratio to create an efficient plan

Problems with ``height regulations'' that arise due to narrow spaces, site conditions, and building conditions can also be alleviated by using the ``sky ratio''. This allows you to make the most of the buildable space that varies from site to site, giving you an advantage in proposals and designs.

■"Sky rate calculation" using B-MOS

Calculating the sky factor is very complicated and takes a lot of time and effort, but by using B-MOS's sky factor calculation software, the work can be significantly reduced. With this sky factor calculation software, you can calculate the sky factor for buildings that have problems with height restrictions, such as "north diagonal line" or "road diagonal line." Since it is linked with the B-MOS floor plan, you can immediately calculate the sky factor by creating a floor plan and arranging the site plan. The sky factor calculation results can be output to UniCAD and used to create documents for application documents. This is the “point” of B-MOS

■Automatic calculation linked from floor plan and site plan

Thanks to the high interlocking performance of the architectural CAD "B-MOS", it automatically calculates the "sky factor" by generating suitable buildings from the floor plan and site plan, as well as the measurement lines and measurement points necessary for calculation. By recalculating when plans change, it is possible to quickly recalculate the sky factor based on the changes made to the plan, such as the floor plan.

■Three-dimensional display of planned buildings and limit-compliant buildings

The sky factor calculation software simultaneously displays both limit-compliant buildings and planned buildings in 3D. By displaying the three-dimensional display at the same time, you can see at a glance whether or not you are within the limits. If it is outside the limit, check whether it will be relaxed by calculating the sky rate. Planning and considering small lots and modified buildings can be done easily and quickly.

■ Automatic creation of “sky map” and “triclinic quadrature map”

The sky factor calculation software automatically calculates the sky factor from automatically generated measurement points. By checking the sky factor results, you can easily determine whether there is any relaxation. In addition, triangular quadrature drawings and isometric drawings are automatically created, making it easy to create application drawings.
