Product features
■Functional work supply bowl
Adopts a vibration bowl of Ф350 to 800. The supply rate is the world's fastest at 1,500 pieces/minute (depending on part size and shape). If a workpiece becomes clogged in the parts feeder, it rotates in the opposite direction to prevent jamming. In addition, sensors are used to prevent workpieces from overflowing into the parts feeder, so you can safely inspect a large number of workpieces over a long period of time.
■ Zero workpiece clogging
In order to smoothly feed the workpiece to the rotary table on the vibrating straight rail, it can be pushed with up to three jet air nozzles, so there is no chance of workpiece clogging. This enables reliable and stable supply of workpieces.
■Head camera and lighting technology
By finely changing the brightness of the lighting, it is effective in making images of finer head shape scratches, screw tips/thread collapses, etc. clearer.
■Double check with side camera and sensor
By determining screw defects from the side camera and double-checking the screw threads using a sensor, the sorting ability is extremely high. Another strength of the YS-3BR is that if three cameras are installed, it can also be used to inspect the presence of cross recesses and to inspect Torx holes for chipping (Japanese and US patents).
■Image selection using CCD camera (head, side, tip, etc.)
