About This Product

■Summary

Compatible with ultra-high temperature environments of up to 1,200℃. These are revolutionary heat-resistant/ultra-heat-resistant labels and tags that enable ID management using barcodes, etc., even in harsh, ultra-high temperature environments that cannot be handled with regular labels. By using a thermal transfer printer and a dedicated heat-resistant ink ribbon, it is possible to immediately print and attach the necessary information on-site. In addition, printing will not be missing or discolored even after being exposed to heat. There are two types of heat-resistant labels: one that can be applied at room temperature like regular stickers, and the other that can be applied directly to objects such as steel and non-ferrous products that are at extremely high temperatures. ■Increased production efficiency through consistent management starting from high-temperature processes

By using super heat-resistant labels/super heat-resistant tags, ID management using barcodes is possible even in high-temperature processes up to 1,200℃.

■Can be applied directly to ultra-high temperature objects

The high-temperature attachment type uses a special adhesive that allows it to be attached directly to objects with temperatures up to 1000℃. For installation, use a special applicator or automatic pasting machine.

■Issue necessary information immediately on the spot

Super heat-resistant labels/super heat-resistant tags can be easily and instantly issued by anyone using a commercially available thermal transfer label printer. Introduction example

■ Aluminum related

Directly attach heat-resistant labels of high-temperature adhesive type to objects in high-temperature conditions Target temperature: 500℃ Label used: HP-600 (high-temperature adhesive type)

■Steel related

Directly attach super heat-resistant labels to high-temperature billets Target temperature: 750℃ Label used: HP-700T (high-temperature attachment type)

■ Steel related

Consistent control from wire pretreatment to heat treatment Object temperature: Cleaning with hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, etc. → Heat treatment (more than 10 hours at 800℃ in a nitrogen atmosphere) Label used: HP-M83 (super heat-resistant tag)
