■Main features

・Combine 1-axis, 2-axis, 3-axis, 4-axis with APC, shuttle table, etc. to create a layout compatible with gantry or robot transfer line. ・Uses servo motor drive for spindle stroke and rotation to achieve high-speed machining. - Enables synchronized machining of spindle stroke and rotation to form neat cross hatches in the entire area. - For grinding wheel expansion, you can choose from a mechanical expansion double that uses a servo motor, as well as conventional mechanical hydraulic/hydraulic double. ・The target machining diameter is φ60 to φ100, which can cover small and medium-sized engine blocks. ・Each axis of the main shaft column has an individual stroke of 1,200mm, making it possible to machine the entire bore of a 4-cylinder engine with only one axis. -Equipped with an original software air sizing device, allowing you to set conditions from honing to air sizing using a single touch panel. ・Various options such as ATC, pre-production, post-production, and macro form can be adopted.
