About This Product

■For crane hoisting gear

A molybdenum-containing additive that prevents wear, noise, and oil temperature rise. Molyconc F, Molyconc M, Molyconc Super, Molyconc Sumico Gear Special oil When pressure, temperature, and speed increase as load conditions, it becomes difficult to lubricate with lubricating oil alone, causing metal-to-metal contact, resulting in adverse effects such as wear, abnormal noise, and increased oil temperature. It also shortens the life of the lubricating oil. In order to solve these problems, this product is an oil additive that contains various molybdenum and is designed to form a lubricating film on sliding surfaces.

■Molybdenum forms a lubricating film

Contains molybdenum disulfide fine particles with excellent heat resistance, pressure resistance, and abrasion resistance, as well as organic molybdenum compounds that have an immediate anti-wear effect. A low-friction lubricating film is formed on sliding surfaces to prevent metal contact, reduce wear, noise, and oil temperature rise, and extend lubrication/change intervals and machine life. There are seven types of products, each with different molybdenum formulations and base oil viscosity.

■For oil under high loads and shock loads.

・For gear oil for various load-bearing reducers, worm gears, etc. ・For bearing oil such as high-load crusher bearings

■To prevent heat generation and oil temperature rise

・During the initial break-in lubrication of various machines that tend to generate heat. ・To prevent heat generation during overload operation

■Extends refueling/change interval and reduces refueling amount

・For oil in places where it is difficult to refuel or change oil, such as overhead cranes. ・For chain oil with total loss type lubrication ・Using temperature range: 150℃ or less
