Molydry Spray 1100, a dry film lubricant with a high concentration of molybdenum disulfide
■Molybdenum disulfide dry lubricant coating
A gray-black dry lubricant coating containing a high concentration of molybdenum disulfide, which has excellent heat resistance, pressure resistance, and abrasion resistance. After application, you can easily create a dry film by drying at room temperature.
■Excellent lubricity and rust prevention
It has penetrating power when sprayed, and contains an organic molybdenum compound with excellent anti-wear properties, providing good lubricity under heavy loads and excellent anti-corrosion properties.
■Applications
For lubrication of high-load and high-temperature areas
・For sliding parts under high loads
・For sliding parts in a wide temperature range from high to low temperatures
・As a lubricant for assembling mechanical parts
・For initial break-in lubrication of mechanical parts such as large gears
・For preventing seizure of bolts, etc.
・As a mold release agent for plasticity
・Extends the life of cutting tools
・Using temperature range: 400℃ or less
■How to use
1. To increase the adhesion strength of the paint film, degrease the coated surface with a solvent.
2. When forming coatings on cutting tools, etc., heating and drying the coating will make the coating stronger.
