Grease moly rope dresser that prevents wear and corrosion of wire rope

■Features

Grease designed to prevent wear and corrosion of wire rope and extend its life. Penetrates deeply into wire rope and reduces friction between strands. It also has adhesion and water repellency, keeping the surrounding area clean and protecting the rope from the external environment. Contains molybdenum disulfide and has good wear resistance.

■Penetration power and rust prevention power

The highly penetrating grease penetrates deeply into the rope, reducing friction between the strands and preventing corrosion, which can extend the life of the wire rope.

■Contains molybdenum disulfide

Under extreme pressure, molybdenum disulfide exhibits a low friction effect and prevents eccentric deformation.

■Adhesion and water repellency

Since it is based on high viscosity oil, it has strong adhesion and does not drip much of the oil, so it does not stain the surrounding area. It is also water-repellent, so it won't wash away even in environments where it gets wet with rainwater, protecting the rope from the outside environment.

■Stable performance over a wide temperature range

There is almost no dripping at high temperatures or hardening and peeling at low temperatures.

■Easy to apply

Because it is a soft, penetrating grease, it can be applied even in the winter when grease becomes hard. Application methods include [brush application], [spray], [drop lubrication], and [automatic lubrication].

■Applications

For contact surfaces with wire ropes and drums ・For wire ropes of various cranes such as construction machinery ・For main ropes and support ropes of cableways, support ropes and mooring ropes (steropes) of suspension bridges, etc. ・For forklift leaf chain ・Using temperature range: -10℃ to 150℃ *Avoid mixing with different types of grease.
