About This Product
■Constantly clean the rail surface.
Cleans foreign objects from the rail surface and extends the life of the rail and wheels. Prevents accidents by preventing foreign objects from running over or meandering. The one with a ground wire discharges electricity from the brush to the rail, preventing electricity from accumulating in the crane.
■Small brush for hoist only
Small cranes such as hoists have limited space to install brushes. Therefore, we have prepared three types of rail sweepers for hoists and saddles: ground wire type, standard type, and felt type. Additionally, for suspensions, we also offer brackets that match the angle of the I-shaped steel (I-beam).
- Use an anti-static ground wire type for hoist cranes with urethane wheels.
- Standard type for cleaning the rail surface.
- Use felt type to prevent wheels from slipping due to oil mist etc.
