About This Product

Our electric full-flat reversing device "Moldsafe Flat" is a machine that pursues ease of maintenance by utilizing the know-how of Moldsafe, which has a sales track record of over 30 years. The features of Moldsafe Flat are as follows.

■New development

In addition to Moldsafe, which has a fixed installation face plate type and has a track record of delivering over 1,000 units and has the know-how, we have now developed Moldsafe Flat, an electrically driven fully flat type.

■Floor-standing type and built-in type

Two types are available: floor-standing type and floor-embedded type. You can select which type is appropriate depending on the installation environment.

■Reducing breakdowns and maintenance costs

By adopting an electric drive system, there are no oil leaks or other malfunctions due to hydraulic drive, improving operating rates and reducing maintenance costs, which are important over the long term.

■Easy workpiece removal and improved workability

Since it is a fully flat type, by returning to the fully flat state after inversion, molds and other workpieces can be removed more quickly. Even with the floor-standing type, the height to the workpiece installation surface is significantly lower than that of conventional mold safes, greatly improving work efficiency. In addition, the effect is further improved with the floor-embedded type.

■Safety measures

In addition to being equipped with an emergency stop button when reversing as standard, options such as a revolving light with a melody when reversing are available.
