About This Product

Our automatic reversing device Moldsafe is a best-selling machine that is used in a wide range of industrial fields for 90° reversal of large, self-manufactured products such as molds, coils, and cast products. The features of Mold Safe that many users decide to install are as follows.

■Mold ground surface is machine finishedThe surfaces where molds and machine parts are installed are mechanically finished using a plano mirror to protect important workpieces. Therefore, in addition to caring for workpieces, it can also be used as an assembly and finishing surface plate.

■Space savingThe reversing plate rotates in a circular motion based on the center of rotation, so it is extremely space-saving (30-50% space saving). (Example: The captain is 1,520mm for 5Ton and 1,770mm for 10Ton)

■Simple structure and maintenance freeBy using an electric geared motor instead of using hydraulic pressure and a unique chain hole system (utility model patented), we have achieved a simple structure despite its high torque. Therefore, it is maintenance-free even when used for a long period of time, reducing the burden on workers. It uses less electricity, and of course there is no need to worry about hydraulic valve malfunctions or oil leaks caused by dirt.

■Realization of low priceDue to its simple structure, we have achieved a low price that is more than worth the cost of machine finishing the ground plane. Perfect for the needs of the times.

■Shorter reversing time and improved workabilityBy achieving high torque, it can perform high-speed and short-time reversal from 7 seconds (for 0.5Ton) to 60 seconds (for 0.5Ton) at 50Hz, contributing to improved work efficiency.

■We paid the utmost attention to safety measures.A triple safety device using a double limit switch and a sturdy stopper prevents overturning. In the unlikely event that the first stage limit fails, the second stage limit switch will operate and the alarm buzzer will notify you of the failure of the first stage limit. In addition, if you set the safety lock bar when flipping 90 degrees, it will be interlocked and the main unit will not start moving even if you accidentally press the operation button. It also has a built-in earth leakage breaker.
