About This Product

■Features・Deodorizing equipment is equipment for treating odors using thermal decomposition or adsorption methods.
-Uses a honeycomb type platinum catalyst, resulting in deodorization efficiency of over 98%.
- Since it is a completely dry method, there is no need for wastewater treatment, and because it is oxidized at a low temperature, no NOX is generated, so there is no secondary pollution.
・Since the combustion oxidation temperature can be lowered, a large energy saving effect can be obtained, and the service life is long, making it extremely economical.
- Various heat sources can be used, including LPG, kerosene, and electricity.
*If heavy metals, silicone, or other catalysts are mixed in, the product may not be usable.

Types of deodorizing equipment
■Direct combustion deodorization equipmentOdors are deodorized by heating from 600℃ to 850℃ and thermal decomposition. By processing at high temperatures, it can also be used as a smoke removal device.

■Catalytic deodorization equipmentOdors are heated to 300℃ to 400℃ and brought into contact with a honeycomb-shaped catalyst to thermally decompose and deodorize them. Since the processing temperature is lower than that of the direct combustion type, running costs can be reduced.

■Activated carbon filter deodorizing deviceThe activated carbon filter absorbs and treats odors.

・Deodorization of foul-smelling exhaust through various types of drying (excess sludge, etc.)
・Deodorizing low-concentration bad odors at human waste treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, etc.
