About This Product

The newly developed multi-type drying device "Happu" is capable of continuous drying in a short period of time, and can handle a wide range of materials, from concentrating and drying liquids to high-viscosity sludge and shells.

■Features

Conventional dryers dry by repeatedly dispersing and moving the processed material to increase the drying effect. However, as the drying process progresses, the shape of the processed material changes into lumps or grains while the material is being moved, and at the same time as this shape change, moisture is trapped inside, making it difficult for moisture to come out on the surface of the processed material and lengthening the drying time. It's gone. The drying equipment we are proposing, "Happu," has been designed to increase the dispersion effect and is equipped with a drying area that uses hot air, making it possible to continuously process large amounts of low moisture content in a short period of time.

■Indirect heating agitation type drying device “Shippu”

The cylindrical body is heated with steam or a heater, and the product is stirred by stirring blades while receiving heat from the body and is dried.

■The principle of “gale”

The processed material is efficiently dispersed in the hot air using battledore-shaped rotating stirring blades, and as it rotates in the circumferential direction of the furnace, it receives heat and accelerates drying. Additionally, by dispersing the processed material in hot air, the entire surface of the processed material becomes a heat-receiving surface and an evaporation surface, allowing drying to occur under ideal conditions.
