About This Product
Ethernet Multiprotocol Ethernet compatible remote I/O is a new remote I/O system proposed by TURCK. One remote I/O unit supports three types of industrial Ethernet communication. Remote I/O identifies the connected network protocol and automatically begins communication.
Since it is compatible with PROFINET®️, EtherNet/IP™, and Modbus®️ TCP, it helps reduce design man-hours and the number of models for system vendors and machine manufacturers who have to change network protocols for each user.
■Compatible with open engineering interface FDT®️
FDT (Field Device Tool) is an open and software interface specification for exchanging data between field devices and automation systems. This interface specification is internationally standardized under IEC 62453 and provides a multi-vendor environment. TURCK's remote I/O supports FDT technology and includes an FDT/DTM (Device Type Manager) software component that can be configured on the FDT frame application.
Supports efficient configuration and maintenance by using an easy-to-use interface screen. The latest version of FDT frame application: PACTware can be downloaded from the TURCK website.
