About This Product
■Summary
PA6C (cast polyamide 6) material. Cast nylon is polymerized and molded by injecting nylon monomer into a mold under atmospheric conditions. Higher crystallinity and molecular weight provide improved mechanical strength and toughness than extruded PA6. Internal stress is extremely low, and it has excellent machinability and dimensional stability. Compatible with thick walls and large sizes. It is used in bearings, gears, pulleys, etc. due to its noise damping properties, corrosion resistance, and light weight.
