About This Product

■Summary

TECAPEEK CF30 black is a PEEK material containing 30% carbon fiber. Reinforced with carbon fiber for high stiffness and creep strength. It has very high mechanical strength and has a lower density than TECAPEEK GF30 natural (PEEK with 30% glass fiber). Furthermore, it has better sliding properties than glass fiber, and has better wear and friction properties. The addition of carbon fiber increases thermal conductivity, increasing the durability and lifespan of parts in sliding applications. It also has excellent hydrolysis resistance and is resistant to hot water and heated steam. Due to its exceptional properties, TECAPEEK CF30 black is used in many important areas of automotive, maritime, nuclear, downhole oil well, electronics, aerospace, and general industry. TECAPEEK CF30 black is also available as TECAPEEK MT CF30 black for medical applications. TECAPEEK CF30 black, a carbon fiber blended PEEK material, complies with the RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU: Restriction of hazardous substances contained in electrical and electronic equipment).
