- Equipped with a patented optical system that achieves oblique lighting that enables vertical defect inspection and sufficient light intensity and directivity.
・Special oblique optical system x condensing lens = Vertical defect inspection
・Using an original lens array developed by Shibasaki, we have achieved high uniformity, high light intensity, and high contrast. Compared to conventional Fresnel additional type oblique lighting, it provides higher contrast and ensures a greater amount of light.
- Capable of detecting changes in light intensity during dark field imaging, which is difficult on the camera side. Equipped with a light intensity monitoring function using a photodiode.
