About This Product

■Lineup of processing machines that can handle ultra-large workpieces with a maximum machining diameter of 3,500 mm.

In addition to increasing the rigidity of the entire machine, the main shaft uses a hydrostatic bearing with high rotational accuracy and a permanent electromagnetic chuck. This makes it possible to stably process extremely large workpieces with high precision.

■High output/high rigidity grinding wheel shaft

We have newly developed a high-output, high-rigidity high-frequency wheel head for grinding wheel shafts. It is a high output type with an output of 30kW. Additionally, an auto balancer and AE sensor are installed inside the whetstone shaft to automatically correct rotational imbalance when using large diameter whetstones. With these features, we have achieved high precision and high efficiency machining.

■Suitable for complex processing

Two table specifications are available for T-185C and T-186C. Compatible with complex machining such as inner/outer diameter/flange surface. Additionally, the T-187C can be equipped with an ATC device and supports multi-face machining.
