About This Product

This internal grinding machine is ideal for machining bearings that require concentricity between the outer and inner diameters. It also supports automation and achieves high productivity and high precision machining. Workpiece support methods are available in 1-shoe/2-roller and 2-shoe/magnet types. We will propose the optimal specifications according to the customer's workpiece.

■High precision and stable production

Thermal deformation was minimized by changing the bed structure and the coolant recovery path on the bed to minimize the effects of coolant temperature. In addition, by using a roller guide with low sliding resistance and a high-resolution servo motor on the cutting axis, we have achieved stable, high-precision machining with a daily deviation of φ5μm or less and groove position of less than 10μm. At the same time, the warm-up time has been halved (compared to previous models).

■Improve productivity

The loader and gauge have been changed to NC, reducing loading time by 30% (compared to previous models). Furthermore, by not requiring hydraulic pressure, there is no need for stroke adjustment, parts replacement, or position adjustment of conventional hydraulic cylinders, reducing setup changeover time by half (compared to previous models).
