About This Product

An internal grinder that can handle workpieces with an inner diameter of up to 100mm. Equipped with the latest technology to stably process a variety of workpieces with high precision and efficiency. Equipped with a transport device as standard to realize fully automatic processing over long periods of time.

■High precision and stable production

Separate cooling is provided for the spindle base and dress base. We have achieved stable processing and dressing with little thermal variation. Full closed loop control is also available. Improves long-term accuracy stability.

■High efficiency processing

In addition to the conventional high-rigidity spindle, a high-speed spindle (3,000min-1) can be selected, improving productivity through high peripheral speed machining.

■Shorten changeover time

The loading and unloading equipment has been completely renewed, and the number of changeover locations has been reduced from three to one. Reduces the number of managed parts and reduces work time.
