Basic performance
■High-speed scanning of 90 pages per minute
Achieves a reading speed of 90 sheets/minute. Since it supports simultaneous double-sided scanning, it is possible to read 180 sides (300dpi) of color A4 documents.
■Large paper feed capacity of 120 sheets
The ADF (Auto Document Feeder) can feed up to 120 sheets of A4 originals and up to 60 sheets of A3 originals (80g/m2 paper), minimizing the need to add documents even when scanning large amounts of documents. Supports smooth scanning operations.
■Maximum number of scans per day is 40,000
The maximum number of scans per day is 40,000. You can scan a large amount of data without stopping your work.
■Supports additional scans
During continuous scanning of multiple originals, you can add additional originals without interrupting the operation. Even large documents that exceed the ADF (Auto Document Feeder) feeding capacity of 120 sheets can be scanned at high speed without stopping midway.
Paper compatibility
■Smooth digitization with wide range of paper compatibility
Three paper feeding modes are available: "Standard", "Delicate (horizontal)", and "Manual". It supports a variety of paper types, from ultra-thin paper such as receipts and transportation slips to long paper and cards, as well as booklets and passports. A wide variety of documents can be digitized, leading to more efficient scanning operations.
Paper feeding function
■Further advanced "document protection function" that prevents document damage
It is equipped with a "document protection function" that stops scanning if paper that is still stapled is loaded. Four detection functions detect signs of paper feed distortion or skew during scanning, and if an abnormality is detected, scanning is stopped to prevent document damage due to paper jams. The detection sensitivity of the DS-32000 can be set in three levels, and can be adjusted according to the condition of the document being scanned.
■"Glass dirt detection" that lets you know when it's time to clean the glass of the reading sensor
It detects dirt on the reading sensor, and if it is necessary to clean the glass, the panel will guide you through the cleaning procedure. Keeping the glass clean will prevent vertical streaks caused by dirt from appearing in your scan data.
