■Drum platen
To achieve high-precision substrate transport, the L-6534VW uses a drum-shaped platen. Meandering is suppressed by conveying the substrate while keeping it in close contact with the platen. The substrate remains in close contact with the drum as it passes through each color print head, allowing for extremely high color spacing accuracy.
In addition, the drum platen can maintain a very small distance (0.7 mm) between the print head and the substrate, resulting in excellent ink landing accuracy, which is highly effective in accurately reproducing text and fine lines. I will.
■PrecisionCore line head
The L-6534VW's PrecisionCore linehead offers high productivity with a single pass, delivering smooth gradations and halftones with 600x1,200dpi resolution and a minimum dot size of 3.2pl with multi-size dot technology.
The nozzle of the PrecisionCore print chip has a perfectly circular shape due to ultra-precision processing, and the ink ejected from it accurately lands on the substrate as a uniformly shaped dot. This makes it possible to form extremely sharp images.
■Stable operation
L-6534VW automatically checks the print head function and performs cleaning. The nozzle inspection system automatically detects malfunctions by applying voltage to the piezo elements in milliseconds. All nozzles are checked immediately after cleaning and immediately before printing, and head maintenance is automatically performed as necessary, minimizing operator interruptions.
In addition, the stability of ejection from the print head is maintained by removing static electricity from the surface of the substrate using an ionizer, removing dirt and dust from the surface of the substrate using the exhaust system of the corona treatment machine, and the web cleaner.
