Roll paper can be replaced from 4 directions, allowing you to place it anywhere. You can easily replace ink etc.
■Epson inkjet technology that realizes high-quality color
Equipped with a PrecisionCore print head, it clearly outputs text and thin lines. Achieves sharp expression with excellent gradation.
■Incorporation of the system
We provide native driver support for middleware and various tools and utilities to make installation smoother.
Help with automation with a peeler
■The CW-C6520/C6020 series is the world's first color inkjet label printer to be equipped with a peeler function.
A model equipped with a peeler is available, which allows the printed label to be removed from the backing paper. This saves you the trouble of peeling off the label from the backing paper. Additionally, labels with multiple designs can be issued in the order in which they are pasted, improving the workflow of label pasting work.
■External interface (D-Sub25pin)
Equipped with a D-sub 25-pin external interface that exchanges signals to control the printer, such as print start/input/pause/reprint/print end. The printer can also be managed from an external control device such as a PLC, and can be incorporated into automated lines at manufacturing sites.
Peeler usage example
■Incorporation into automated line
By utilizing the label peeler mechanism and external interface, it can be used for automatic labeling in-line in the process. It can be used to build system automation solutions and improve business workflows, such as checking workpieces in the process, issuing labels on demand, and automatically attaching labels using robots.
■Incorporation into the hand pasting process
It improves the immediacy of labeling work even in situations where it is used in manual labeling processes, such as small and medium-sized jobs or shapes that are difficult to automatically label with a robot. There is no need to remove the label from the backing paper, which reduces operator workload. In addition, since labels are issued one by one in order, it helps reduce mistakes such as pasting mistakes.
