■New print head improves productivity and image quality

Adopts a new 1.33-inch print head PrecisionCore micro TFP print head. The number of nozzles has increased from 2,880 in the previous model to 3,200 nozzles, improving printing speed. Furthermore, by improving the platen feed and creating an overlapping area, banding and graininess are reduced, and image quality is also improved. It also supports high-resolution data input, allowing you to print fine lines and small text more clearly.

■Uses new high-capacity ink

Adopts newly developed DTG ink UrltaChrome DG2. Improved ink bleeding that occurs when printing with black/yellow ink. In addition, the ink capacity has been increased from the previous 600ml to 800ml. The use of a large-capacity ink pack reduces the number of ink replacements and also reduces cartridge storage space.

■Compatible with printing on polyester materials

In line with the popularity of dry T-shirts, we are now able to print on polyester materials. The combination of a special pre-treatment agent and UltraChrome DG2 ink allows for prints with high color reproduction. Also, since it comes into direct contact with the skin, safety is also considered. Since no hazardous substances specified by the UN GHS document are used, GHS labeling is not required.
